It is not a secret society has developed more and more in the last years. People have changed their mind about several subjects and started to pay attention more carefully to injustices and their well-being. One of the reasons for that is knowledge, which has been shared by the internet, and other life experiences shared on social media.
With the constant growth of social media, new conversations have emerged about human rights, mental health and patterns made by society that today do not fit in our society. People have also prioritized their comfort and quality of life in the name of mental health, especially with the growth of mental illness around the world.
Since their job location, their houses and the impact of their actions on the environment, people have been more aware and careful to choose the way they want to live. They search about the history of the building, land development, and their neighborhood. However, each building has its specifications and needs some attention to rent, buy and construct.
Residential building
One of the most known types of building is the residential, after all, is the building that we live in. Usually, they are concentrated on suburbs of the city, but also can be located downtown.
Residential buildings have several spaces for people to live well, like a playground for kids, party saloon, and some even have grocery stores to make the life easier for the home owners.
Each building has its price and rules, depending on the location and the country. However, some rules are universal, like:

- right time to use the common areas, like playground and party saloons;
- reservation and rules for parties;
- limit of guests in the common areas;
- right time to construct.
Commercial buildings
On the other hand, there are commercial buildings, usually located in a business center or downtown. They can be constructed by the company itself, depending on the size of the business.
Usually, when companies construct their own buildings, they have a larger budget and are multinational companies, such as Amazon, Facebook, among others. Usually they have more than one building. Also, they can rent or buy the building to make it their official and central building.
Other companies choose to rent a commercial room located on buildings. Usually, with the rent, they pay a tax to contribute to the building and maintenance. In exchange, they can count on services like elevators, building’s reception and security.
Commercial buildings are used to allocate cooperative offices. It is common to see law firms, communication agencies and administration offices. The rent and price also depend on the location and are usually more expensive than residential buildings.
Industrial building
Also used for work, industrial buildings are rented or bought for fabrics and companies that have to store or make their own products. They can be located in a place more remotely for security, once it has heavy machines that can be a risk to people, or in a neighborhood filled with industrial buildings.
When bought or rented, companies need to invest on security gears and maintenance of the machines to not provide any risk for the employees. Besides that, industrial buildings also can be rented for scientific purposes, as experiments or creations.
Unlike the commercial buildings, this construction does not provide services, once only authorized people can work in that. So, the company has to invest in their own security and see if the infrastructure is according to what is needed.
