    • Exercise smart, not hard

    Exercising is important for increasing your overall health, but being too hard on your body can be detrimental to fertility. While you shouldn’t get the idea that exercising doesn’t need to be difficult, it’s important to balance your physical activities with other activities that are more beneficial.
